Today I want to talk about being positive and finding the positive. Children are learning each and every day how to navigate this world full of other children and adults.
Sometimes they have a terrible day and seem to fail their navigation miserably and other times they seem to have figured something out and have a fantastic day.
As parents we know that learning comes easier when the environment is a positive one – many of us have experienced both positive and negative learning environments.
I want to challenge all my readers this week to add more positivity to their child’s day each day for a week and see what difference it makes in your day and in their day. You may need to stretch really hard some days to find the positive and others it may come easily, but there is always something positive to be noticed and commented on.
